I purchased my unit back in 2017 and they did a fantastic job. Had a problem with my air conditioning not cooling and with one call Hugo and his crew came out and fixed it quickly. They were very honest and figured it out very quickly. Can't go wrong with purchasing a unit from empire refrigeration... They have a friend and customer for life. I recommend them 100 percent.

A new 4 ton unit was installed in my house. Very pleased with service and price. All staff were very efficient, professional and knowledge, the person who set up the smart thermostat was super helpful.

Empire was absolutely wonderful! They came out on a Tuesday, gave us a quote, were very helpful with financing, we had agreements signed by that afternoon, and a new air conditioner by the end of Wednesday! The installers were very professional and knew their business. No glitches at all - I would DEFINITELY recommend Edwin and Empire Refrigeration!

My husband and I called Empire Refrigeration 2 years ago for refrigeration air best decision we every made spoke with Mr. Martinez he helped us installing 2 units on our home . I was impressed with the company from the time they came to my house to give me a quote through installation. Edwin was very knowledgeable, and he answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. When it came to installation day, everyone was nice and they all introduced themselves. They worked fast, but did an excellent job. I have had a lot of people come in and do work in my house, but Empire has been by far my best experience.

Hugo did a great job, he was on time n his crew to include Adam were professional. They installed a new refrigeration a/c at my moms house, and mom very satisfied. He repaired duct work for free that was not in the proposal. They also install a larger electrical breaker that was not in the contact. They completed the work in one day and did a good clean up. They are to go back next week to finish sheet rock repair n paint touch up. Thank you!

We were looking to make the upgrade to refrigerated air, we called Edwin and he came out that very same day for an estimate. Then, his professionalism and knowledge made us feel comfortable to proceed with the process. Then he gave us a great deal and helped to explain the process of the installation. His crew came to install our system. They were awsome. They were very respectful, always keeping us up to date on the progression of the installation. The whole process seemed to be effortless for them. We were extremely satisfied with the installation and the final product. Our house felt so much more comfortable than before.
