I texted at 8am, got a very quick response and by 10am my a/c unit up and running.

I certainly recommend them, when I needed them they answered the phone right away. I called them at 7am and Jorge answered the phone. They were at my door by 8am fixing my ac repair. Even though what they did on that day worked for one day, my AC broke down again. I called them again and they were able to get all the supplies on time for the next day. They came in and got straight to work and finished installing everything, and about 4 hours later they were finished. They are good and fast at what they do.

I highly recommend using Alamo HVAC services. They responded quickly. Adrian the technician was great! He is polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. My AC had not been working for 2 weeks despite other people coming to “fix it.” However, when Adrian arrived he instantly knew what what was the issue and he had everything fixed and installed within half a day. He was detailed and kept good communication with me about everything I needed to know. I really enjoyed his service and would recommend Alamo HVAC to anyone looking for heating and cooling needs. I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful Adrian and Alamo HVAC are! Our air conditioner went out during one of the hottest days. I called Adrian and he was here quick!
