Came home on a Friday in August to my A/C off and the house over 80 degrees. We called Right Temp Air and Heat at 6:30pm. Greg answered our call ordered our part and was out at our house early Saturday morning to get our A/C running again. They were responsive, affordable and very professional. Highly recommend them. Saturday morn. Siberian blast 2021 three days away. Overnight heater breaker trips. Service tech Greg shows up within 90 minutes of phone call. Resolution, insulation that is impeding air flow to squirrel cage tripping sensor. Glues insulation back into place. While glue dries, climbs into attic and finds disconnected duct. Connects, tapes, on his way in record time.
I'm used to companies that would take this type of repair and turn it into a parts installation and service knowing that the customer is just grateful to have a heater up and running before 8 degree temps hit in 3 days.
