Winkelman Heating and Air Conditioning

Irving and Josh did a great job installing our new heating and air unit. They had the old unit out and new one in all in just one afternoon. We are very pleased with their work. They even took the time to secure our A/C unit outside on a new platform since the concrete under it was cracked. I highly recommend this team! Thank you!!

Josh was great took time to explain everything thing to me...they made arrangements to get my new unit in on a Saturday because it was so hot! Josh & Irving were great in and out really fast!! Left my house clean and cool!! Thank you Guys!!

Josh and Omar did a very good job on checking out my upstairs a/c to find out what the problem was. Josh was very good at introducing himself when he came to the door and explaining everything to me when he checked the a/c and found what was wrong. Omar was very polite also.

Our technician Josh Collins was very professional and knew what he was talking about. He was very good at explaining the different units to me and what it would take to get us up and cooled again. Big shout out to Brian and josh! I know they were super busy recently but they still made time to come fix my ac pump. I really appreciate them! They worked hard in the heat, but still got the job done fast!

David was very thorough, respectful of the space and professional at all times. I appreciate that he was able to come out today and tend to our heater. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was also provided an estimate/quote for a new system as well as made aware of a part that may become problematic in the future. Irving and Josh were fantastic coming out and getting my dryer vents cleaned out for me! They were fast friendly and left my laundry area cleaner than they found it. 100 % recommend the company for all heating and air needs.

They just lost a 40 year customer. Two months of misdiagnosis and over charging for parts(one of which had nothing to do with the problem) and charging service calls because they didn’t stand behind their work the first time.

Irving and Josh came and took on a horrible job for me. The first day they came in and did that excellent job of installing HVAC. The second day they came in and although you would never get them to admit it, it was probably the worst they’ve ever seen and cleaned all of my ducts, They changed out vent covers nd checked my system to make sure everything was operating perfectly. I could not believe how much dirt they got out of the system. The highest praise is for the Winkman crew, especially Irving and Josh!
