They were prompt to come out. It took almost an hour to repair. A wire nut had fallen off the thermostat wire. I was shocked at the $312 bill. They did reduce it to $265.

I had a clog in the main sewer line. Of course, it was a Sunday. Prompt service & clog cleared. Very satisfied customer.
