These folks are my new heroes!! I am beyond ecstatic with the service, words cannot express. They saved me from a nightmare situation with another company that was yanking me around, I had no air for 7 days! On the 7th day (today) I called Mackey, spoke with Martha, explained my situation, she was quick to help! She looked into it and got me set up with an awesome tech that had the thermostat I needed on his truck! He arrived like maybe 2 hours later and had me up and cooling in like 1 hour (he had to run get a switch that broke) Mike, many thanks!! All y'all are wonderful! Good, honest people are so hard to find. Me and my fur babies can sleep well again :) thanks to the great people with Mackey Mechanical. Thank you thank you thank you!

Got new part. Put in place. Ac still making loud noise. Tech did not know why. Said will talk to office. There has been two major parts replaced. Each time said would fix noise problems. Use Mackey for good service. Need problem fix.

I've relied on Mackey Mechanical for years. They kept my ancient (>25 yrs) HVAC working for over a decade until it gave up the ghost last summer. I did have to do my due diligence for myself and had four other companies bid for the job. Mackey's price for a new unit (inside and out) was not only the best price, it was for the best unit. However, what is possibly most important is their 10 YEAR warranty on PARTS & LABOR. No other company even came close; the next best was 5 years on parts ONLY. From the initial call to their amazing office personnel, to speaking directly with the owner multiple times, they were understanding of our predicament in August heat, and agreed with my choice to shop around. Turn around from the call to installation was three days... amazing. Today, Mike Mackey Jr. arrived on time, was very professional, calm, explained everything clearly, and was patient with my questions. (He found that rodents had gotten in my attic and chewed through some of the ducts.) Although the work to repair the ducts will occur in a few days, he spent a great deal of time correcting what he could, to make us more comfortable in the meantime. Hunter was very professional and tested our 2 heaters to make sure they were operational. He explained the condition of the heaters in a very easy to understand manner.

We have used Mackey Mechanical for many years and we will continue to use them.

Technician Robert was on time was professional about doing his job and explain my situation, I will use him again in the future.

Dustin and his teammate did a great job installing the AC. They arrived on time. And went about their task with little fuss. Made sure any mess they had made was cleaned up. Showed me how to work my new thermostat and we’re on their way.

I am always happy with the service I receive from Mackey Mechanical.

The warranty team for my new house sent their AC guys out, they did absolutely nothing except told me not to turn my AC below 74 because I would continue to have condensation.

Mackey Mech came out and found several issues right away! It turns out to be more of an emergency than we expected. I am so thankful that Mikey with Mackey Mechanical found the issues that the other AC company didn’t find. 10/10 I would definitely recommend!

Mackey Mechanical services provide quality service for their customers. I was impressed with the repair done on Nov. 11, 2021.
On April 15, 2022, I was having cooling problems again with my system. I called Mackey. The mechanic arrived early the next day (Sat.) to look at the evaporator unit.
They charge $150.00 service charge for Saturday. This is for the first 30 minutes! The an additional $75.00 for the next 30 minutes.
The mechanic had the system fixed in ten minutes. The capacitor was bad. Problem solved. Let me pay the mechanic so he can get on his way. SO I THOUGHT !
Then the mechanic said he was going to check the system in the attic.
He went up in the attic for a few minutes just to kill time. Then he came down said the system was ok. Then he said he was going to his truck to work on the invoice. That took him 20 minutes?
He made sure he had killed enough time to charge me the extra $75.00.
I'm OK with the $150.00 Service charge and charging $43.00 for the capacitor. However, the way he milked the job for the extra $75.00 is unacceptable. I will not call Mackey Mechanical again if I don't need to!
