My Lennox system went out less than 12 hours ago, I "self diagnosed" a defective capicitor called Mackey at 8am this morning and they were able to have a technician out by 11am same day! Service was amazing technician was very informitive, tested capcitor and found it to be the cause of the issue. Replaced with a new unit and all is well. Couldn't be happier! Thank you Mackey and my technician Josh!

Nothing was done. Air is new and worked excellently until yesterday. Now will not cool. According to repair guy nothing wrong must be ducts. We have called someone else for a second opinion we are very disappointed in our service
