They accidentally brought or ordered the wrong compressor and had to come back a couple of days later. Being that it is the summer, my house was incredibly hot. The managers there were so nice and brought me out a window unit until they could fix it. They are super friendly and I appreciate their hard work.

Had great service from Mackey for a checkup on my AC unit. Josh was the tech and he was out at the beginning of the appointment window and able to address everything easily and without issue. Very professional, courteous and personable. Mackey had replaced my AC unit in 2021 and it has been working great. Great service and support.

Hunter was very prompt and professional. He explained what needs done and cost. Very happy with services. The guys were great at install. Very professional and worked their buts off. Highly recommend

From my initial scheduling call the Mackey team was professional and clear. Justin was able to find the AC problem that had gone possibly unnoticed by other companies. He offered to clean the small mess going into our attic made and explained his findings in an understandable way. Happy to be in a cool home this summer!

Mackey isn’t very up front about this, but their labor rate is $1,600 per hour.

For that amount, you get two Helpers that don’t speak English doing the work unsupervised. The licensed tech comes about an hour later to ‘inspect’ their work.

If you think that’s worth $1,600 per hour, by all means call Mackey for all your air conditioning needs.

Personally, although I’ve used Mackey for more than 10 years, I won’t be calling them again.
