The experience began off good with Curt, our initial consultant. He was professional, knowledgeable, and candid. Scheduled a repair a couple of days out. The technicians that came out were also great. Had working again in just a matter of days, and at a fair price!

Grayson was great! He made sure I understood he was looking into during the maintenance. In detail explained each aspect so it was easy for me to understand. He also took the time to explain why I needed to purchase parts to upgrade to my unit. excellent customer work you don’t see day!

Just had a replacement part installed in my air conditioner. work was terrifc and I would recommend. Apparently there was problems with communication? I had no problems at all. They would call or message whenever they had an update and was super kind. Totally worth it!

We had a high efficiency furnace installed. Martin was a fantastic installation technician. The whole team was super quick, professional, responsive and clean. Their front office helped with the mass save rebate process.

Caleb Houston did an incredible job! He was informative and experienced on A/C’s which is what I was having problems with! He explained in depth to better service me understand what was wrong and how I could prevent future issues! I would love to endorse him for my future upkeep needs!

Edward came early, performed the required project effectively and and patiently talked me through the issue we were having and the options we had available to us. He is the best HVAC tech I have ever had an experience with. recommended!

Dakota Dakotaez was a Five Star work Advisor! He was knowledgeable, accommodating, honest, truthful, and He not only provided great advice but he also took the time to solution all of our questions in terms we could understand. He promoted Todd's Repair Dickinson in a way where we could not say to purchasing a new air conditioner system, keeping in mind our current complete system is only 17 months old and had a large leak! He completed our application in a timely manner and the new system will be installed in 2 days! How great is that service! Need I say any more! Dakota is the BEST!

Phil O. visited my place to diagnose some noise problem with my heating system. He walked me through all the examinations that he made and answered to my question clearly. He shared his professional opinions and findings in detail. He proposed the best answer that we can take. I am glad with his work and expecting that the installation process will go smoothly (1/10/2023). The heating unit has been replaced with the new unit together with the exhaust pipe. Ray and Gavin, two engineers came to my place for the installation. They explained detail how to and what to be done. They are professional and thorough. I am happy with their services and dedication to the work (1/13/2023).

Derek was amazing. friendly beyond belief, super knowledgeable and honest. Went above and beyond to make sure I had the best fix option done and is even following up on another issue that's outside of the service call. Would recommend him any day of the week.
