Upstairs A/C was not cooling. Pape technician measured and confirmed Freon was low. He estimated how much R22 was needed and the cost before continuing to charge the unit. Very professional.

Kyle and his crew were outstanding. Everything went just how they said it was going too. Price was quoted upfront. Everything was completed professionally and work area was left clean.

Pape technician checked our air conditioning unit and readily and accurately found the problem, replaced the part, and we were back in business. Our repair cost was very low! Yeah!

Fast service. I explained my problem and the tech immediately diagnosed my problem and headed to my house. Not sure if this is the norm but the tech said he could be here in 15 minutes.. I didn't expect this response, maybe not typical but I was really appreciative for the tech fitting me in.
