I am very impressed with Decatur Heat & Air. They installed my unit in 2019 and came out the same day I called when I needed a repair that was my fault. They really saved me from my procrastination and I know they were busy. My Tech Josh was very Helpful, professional and patient. The cost was more than reasonable. I was expecting much higher. I highly recommend them.

They came out to fix my AC unit. The tech forgot to connect a pipe and the next day i had water dripping through my ceiling. I called multiple times and sent emails to discuss this problem but they haven't responded. Terrible service. I would not use them .

We scheduled an appointment to have our new shop ac checked for its initial service. The day of our appointment no one shows up and no one calls. We call them and were told they were busy and would call us back to reschedule…no one ever called back and it had been over a week!!! My husband called again and the lady was extremely rude and said they wouldn’t help us. The same day we called AryCo heat and air and they came out the same day and were a much more professional company. Do yourself a favor and just call AryCo.
Also you aren’t seeing my name in your system because this is my maiden name. Trust me we had an appointment and your business wasted our time. We could have had a working air conditioner 2 weeks ago if your business wouldn’t have given us the run around. Nothing worse then being stood up!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Decatur Heat & Air installed our system in a new build. Anytime that we would receive heavy rain, we would have a leak. The owner came out and looked at everything, installed a new boot around the vent and went on his way. Heavy rain came again, they came out and put silicone around the boot on the roof. After a few trips that they made, I decided to have another company come out to look at the issue. The findings were: ventilation piping was at a straight 90 degree angle. When the rain would come in through the pipe, it would sit at the 90 and leak out on to the sheetrock which has been replaced multiple times. When the new company was fixing the issue, they found that none of the fittings were glued which is what resulted in the water leaking out. I then emailed an invoice to Decatur Heat and Air showing them what the problem was that was mentioned on the invoice and received not one response back. We will never use Decatur Heat and Air again, and I do not ever recommend them. I highly recommend a company that will own up to their mistakes, not one who will sit in a corner and hide from the problem.

Called this company to repair our A/C (No A/C and broken specific parts). Came out on THURS May 26th and provided diagnosis and was told they would order part (2 days) and be in touch -knowing it was a holiday weekend, we waited until Tuesday May 31st to make contact, to which we were met with NO part had been ordered and they HAD NO idea we still had no A/C. We were told that they would have to contact the parts to get a quote and it would be two more days before being scheduled. When I called back to leave a message for management, no call was returned, even though their "answering service" assured me they would mark it URGENT. - it's was 11 am on Tuesday - when the answering service picked up. Hilariously, days later a routine scheduled appointment with the same company was questioned why we cancelled. BAD SERVICE, BAD MANAGEMENT, UNBELIEVEABLE.
