At the recommendation of a friend, we had Decatur Heat and Air come to service our mini-split that was not working. Scott (technician), was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The entire process was top notch - from scheduling to completion of repair. Great communication and quality of work!

Scott was super helpful and got the job done in less than an hour! We got connected to him late at night and he helped us over the phone until he could get here the next morning. We’ve had bad luck with another big company so it was nice to have Decatur Heat & Air actually fix the problem.

Excellent service. Repairman sent out the same day I called. Scott has been the serviceman. Very polite. He knows what he is talking about and takes time to explain what is needed to be done for repairs and any options that are available.

Coming home to a broken air conditioner is not a pleasant experience but I can say that having one replaced by Decatur heating and air is absolutely a pleasant experience! Scott from Decatur Heat and Air came out after hours and replaced my compressor fan motor and pumped in some freon. He did great. He was super professional, thorough, and proficient at his job.
