My home warranty company sent Serveway out to take a look at my A/C system when it was down this week. Brian and his team took great care of me. He explained my options thoroughly, answered all my questions and got me squared away. They treated my with courtesy and professionalism. Will definitely give them a call for my future HAVC needs.
May 2020 Update: When replacing my downstairs unit in 2019, I knew that my upstairs unit was on its way out. When the time came I gave Brian a call and he had me all squared away with a new unit installed within 24 hours. Was another great experience. With 2 new units I should be all set for some time and in good hands with Serveway.
Serveway went above and beyond to address my warranty submission today, despite facing a very busy schedule. We are repeat customers and they recognized that. Brian is amazing and I appreciate the level of concern for our issues, and his willingness to squeeze us in quickly given the fact that Texas temps are increasing daily. I trust and highly recommend Serveway and know that we will continue to do business with them.
Last night my A/C stopped working. My husband called Serveway, and we were so happy with that choice. They came out that night, and the unit was repaired faster than I expected. The man that came out was so professional and kind, I would deficiently recommend this company! We will be using them for any of our A/C needs from now on.

A month ago the AC went out at one of my rental units and Serveway was prompt with the repair. The tech quickly diagnosed the issue and scheduled a time to come back out to the property. Everything went well. When it came time to pay the bill the tech advised me that I could save up to 15% on my repair if I signed up for their maintenance membership program for $15 a month. Before signing up I asked about the termination policy and if there was a fee to cancel. He assured me that there wasn't a fee to cancel but asked that I keep the membership for at least a month. Sounds like a no brainer right? I signed up and saved money on my repair.
Today I called Serveway to cancel my maintenance membership and the customer service rep let me know that the savings I received due to the membership would be due in order to cancel and that the service tech should've told me that they ask that I keep the membership for a year rather than a month. This was new information and while I appreciated the upfront savings I would've rather had upfront honesty.
If your savings from the maintenance membership are more than $180 then go for it but buyer beware.

They’re team was so kind, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. This will always be the first company I call or refer for air conditioning or heating.
