We had an issue with the repair job initially, but the tech came back to resolve it on his own time, and the office was great about adjusting the invoice for the issue we experienced initially.

Came out next day and asked for a 5star for a discount that I didn't get. Over a week later was quoted more than a brand new fidge and then charged over $400 just for 1 trip/diagnostic. Don't bother with this company. Absolute scam.
