I would never allow these people in my house after the way I was spoken to on the initial call. I was referred to this company by my Home warranty plan for a broken heater. I called over to make sure they had availability today (it's 31 degrees as of 3pm today). They were so rude on the phone I called the home warranty people back to get someone else. When they called to cancel the ticket, the man who answered hung up on them! Apparently, this company doesn't want to stay in business very long.

This contract was very disrespectful to begin with, which should have been a red flag. I was assigned them using First American Home Warranty. They came to my house after I had explained the problem, only to tell me that they did not have the right parts to fix the problem.

It turns out that the issue was coolant. What air conditioning company doesn't have coolant?

Wow!!!! Never use this company. There apart of fhe Home warranty scam. They will lie to you about the problem. And then try to charge you extra for matience. There the most un-professional business i have ever dealt with. The girl answering the phone is so dumb!!!!!! The African guy who owns the business is a liar and cheat. Anybody who works for this company scam artist. Word to the wise. Dont use this company. And cancel your home warranty ASAP..

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Didn't show when they said they would - three different times. The tech told us something major was wrong with our a/c; then told the home warranty company it just needed to be cleaned. I wouldn't let them work for me if they paid me. Keep away. Not worth it.

Worst Air Conditioning company ever. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. I was trying to get my compressor installed and the owner said they can only do it between 9-2 and if I want it installed Then he advised me to miss work and hung up on me. Also, The owner said they take cash only. What kind of business is this?! Oh and did I mention that First American sent them to my house.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE...(had to mark a star so the review would publish) They did not fix the issue, said they did, when we called to schedule them to come back out to diagnose the issue (giving them the benefit of the doubt) they refused to schedule and spoke to my husband and me like we were children who couldn't understand English. Even threatened us, saying he knows where we live. When I asked to speak with a manager, the man stated he was the manager, I highly doubt, and so I asked for the owner and got hung up on. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Even if you have something that is covered under the terms of the warranty contract, they will do their absolute best to make you pay for something that they purport is outside the scope of the covered repairs. I've dealt with worse though I can't remember when.

Love it!! I got great service and this is only my second time working with them. I will be sure to to call them for every and all the problems I encounter. Keep up the good work :)

I could not have been more pleased. Excellent service. The technician answered all my questions and gave helpful information. Would highly recommend.

Terrible. They lied to the warranty company what they did and pushed the home owner to purchase additional services. Scam.
