Guys were awesome! Came out to assess the situation and resolved it within a few minutes!

I was very pleased with Emmett's service. He called after a morning cancellation, which meant I was able to meet with him much earlier than originally scheduled. He was extremely courteous throughout the visit and he explained everything to me as he was working. He didn't have good news for me but he did tell me what my options were, along with providing estimates for each option.

Would absolutely recommend Dial One for any plumbing services. Our technician, Kerlin, was extremely kind, accommodating and informative when arriving at our house to fix an issue with our hot water heater. Will most certainly use their services in the future due to the wonderful experience I had with them.

James fixed my issue (drain line backing up) , but what I really appreciated was that he took the time to explain the issue and how we can resolve it in the future. He was so great he actually noticed a problem we were having that we didn't think could be fixed and told us a simple solution for it! Very pleased with his attention to detail and willingness to go beyond the problem at hand. I've had similar experiences with other technicians from Dial One too. Thanks James!
