I have Chapman servicing my AC and heating units for over 20 years. I see them a minimum of twice a year and they have always been very professional and very responsive. This last time I had some equipment that had to be replaced and I was shocked at the prices. When I question the prices a salesman so let me check and see if I can get a better price and I got $2000 off a $20,000 bill. I asked further about another piece of equipment and the salesman so let me check on that and I can get you that for $1700 less than what it says. I’m not buying a used car and I refuse to continue to ask for a better price when I should just be given one price and that’s the final price. I don’t know when Chapman changed to this policy, but it makes me wonder how much I have over paid in the past. Simply because I didn’t ask for a cheaper price.

As always, Bobby did a great job inspecting and maintaining the multiple units in our home. He kept me informed throughout and described in detail the status of all the equipment. We appreciate his professionalism.

David Miles and Anthony Carter once again did an excellent job of servicing our HVAC system. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and quickly worked through all needed actions. Additionally, they went above and beyond by cleaning leaves out of our three outside units. Their professional and friendly service is among the many reasons we have remained a loyal Chapman customer for years.

My prayers were answered when I called Chapman Air & Heat. Dealing with old age parents arguing about why the AC is not working it’s a job! Dad of course blames mom for changing batteries on the thermostat, dad says she breaks everything she touches (like his heart) lol … getting those two on the same page is tough. Technicians Bobby/Zach come to my parents’ house on time as promised giving me heads up when in route, they were amazing, professional, and courteous from start to finish. It ended up being a faulty thermostat … and no, mom didn’t break it. Bobby/Zach were able to replace it and get AC working again for the oldies.

Dewayne goes beyond his way to get u handled. Not only did he do the tune up on my ac . He also made sure everything else was working like it was suppose to be. Anytime I need something done I'll call Chapman to set up an appointment and ask for Dewayne to come out. He's got a great since of humor and polite.Thanks Chapman.

Dwayne and V came out today to install a wiring harness, surge protectors, and insulate some bathroom vents. So friendly and efficient. Will definitely ask for them the next time I have Chapman out.
