Technician, Mike was professional and knowledgeable in performing his job. Additionally, he took the time to explain in detail the service process and procedures performed on equipment.

Chris came to our house from AC Wizard and replaced the AC motor . They are very prompt with calling and coming out. Thank you all for getting our air conditioner up and working in this Texas heat

Horrible experience ! I will NEVER deal with them again. One of their technicians was completely inexperienced and looks like a teenager. The other one spent 4 hours and did everything he could to make AHS deny the claim.

AC Wizard sent their tech out, and blamed a leak on the COPPER feed on dog urine!, BEWARE of this company! 12k for a new unit??? LAUGHABLE! The technician showed me where the leak was from, UNDER a metal shield!! I guess my 9 pound dog is a magician, since the leak was behind a sheld. Find a company who knows what they are talking about!

Chris was professional and very thorough. If we have to use another AC/Heating company again I will ask for AC Wizard!
