I am impressed with the knowledge both had on air conditioning and how it needed to be fixed!! Appointment time was met, friendly, and communicated problems with my unit effectively. I will definitely use their services again if needed! I recommend Rhino air for your repairs!!

After an older system had some issues, they came out to fix the problem. Everything was all good until a final inspection revealed that the system has finally seen the end. We were provided with several options to fit whatever budget we may have, including simply replacing the faulty part (coils).

After some deliberation we decided it was time to do it right and replace the system. We selected the best thing we could within our budget, and Rhino did what hey could to get us on the books as quickly as possible (appreciated during this hot Texas summer).

They helped get us through until install day, and when the time came, they showed up on time and we had anew system up and running in about 4 hours. I'd recommend them for and heating and cooling work.

In August 2018, two of our AC units went out and the third was on the fritz. I met with and received quotes from three of the “top-rated” companies in the area and felt like I was either being talked down to or scammed by each of them. Desperate for a company we could trust, I reached out to our contractor at Trinity Roofing for a referral and he highly recommended Ryan at Rhino Air. What a difference! Ryan and Yvonne are hard-working, reliable and trustworthy business owners who will fairly and accurately assess your HVAC issues and work with you to develop a plan that is within your budget. We had them replace all three of our units and we could not be more pleased with the quality of their work. We had them out again this week to complete our complimentary 6-month checkup and filter change and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

My parents had an issue with one of their units shortly after Ryan completed our installation, and they were thrilled with the job Ryan did.

I highly recommend Rhino Air and want to encourage anyone with HVAC needs to give them a call! Ryan and Yvonne run their business with integrity, quality and exceptional customer service and those qualities are not always easy to find when your AC goes out in August.

I wish I could give more then 5 stars to Rhino Air. Ryan came to my home to fix a control panel on our heating unit. Was prompt, efficient and super friendly. He got everything up and running I could not be happier with his service. I will for sure use them in the future and highly recommend you do the same I know that you will not be disappointed.

I had two thermostats get fried in my house the other day as it started getting colder. Called out one of the HVAC groups that I hear on the radio, and they gave me a song and dance which was going to total up to $2400. So I called Rhino, and they were there in about an hour, gave me a price 1/10th the other place (not including the thermostats which I bought) and had everything replaced and working in no time. Greatly appreciate having someone prompt, knowledgeable and not try and take advantage of the situation. Great group, and I will definitely continue to use them.

Very professional and honest. I went around with them to look at what they were checking and everything was explained to me well. I learned a few things I didn't know. I'm glad I called when I did because I needed a new capacitor. I highly recommend their services.

after installing a new system they had to be called back out numerous times to figure out what the issue was and why the new system wasn't working properly. I received a ton of pressure to also replace my outside unit when finally they found the issue was a small leak in the line. They were trying to sell an 8000 fix for a $500 problem. After buying the inside unit i was supposed to receive 10% on any future work which was neglected until pointed it out to them. also our "gift" for install was a candle which put off enough soot to ruin a new air filter within a week. I feel like I did not receive the service I paid for and when I asked for them to make it right, I was told "call someone else". wouldn't recommend.

The Rhino team was always on time, and texted me when there were weather challenges to let me know it was not practical. They were good about keeping me up to date on developments, so that I could understand challenges and next steps. Finally, they were diligent about seeing the job through to completion, despite obstacles.
