In an industry where people get taken advantage of so much its so amazing to see a company that is transparent with all the charges and tells you the truth. Made arrangements to come out on a Friday, but got busy were not able to come on regular day, they worked with me to reschedule to following Monday. Tech showed up on time forgot a part needed but had delivered, was very efficient and seemed knowledable. Got the air handler coil cleaning done in good time, and had my unit up and running before the hot part of the day. Been working great ever since.
Hottest day in months and ac goes out, very professional company from the people in the office to christian who came out and fixed the ac. Will definitely do business with them going forward. We ended up replacing the outside unit and Mathew did a phenomenal job very considerate work was done in professionally and timely. He even cleaned up everything when he was done. Will definitely recommend.

I highly recommend this company. I called them to set up vent and duct cleaning services. Thomas was very personable and helpful in setting everything up. He went above and beyond for us and I'll never forget that. Everything was explained to me as to what they were going to do in term of the work. Now the Two Matts came to do the work and these two guys were nothing but fantastic. I mainly dealt with one of the Matt's even though they were both professional. Matt, very much like Thomas, was very professional, absolutely no problem with communication and kept eye contact. I cannot say that I felt that I wasn't being listened to because Any question or concern I had, it was either answered or solved. I stayed out of their way, occasionally popping up to see if they needed anything or if something was in their way. I have ZERO complaints about their work, the Tiger company or the 2 Matts as professionals.
Tiger sends quotes via email, I wasn't expecting that. Maybe I live in the stone age. I thought that was pretty cool. You can even confirm the quote and they will call you to confirm an appointment. They even sent an email when they were on their way as well as a call from the techs, letting you know they were about to arrive. The techs were filling up with gas and had asked me if I wanted a coffee from the store. I had already sent my family away to the store, so I politely declined. WHO ELSE DOES THAT! That was a Above and Beyond gesture to me. Given how Thomas also went above and beyond for me, this cemented my liking for this company.
The work the techs did was top notch. Matt even went and checked out my attic because I informed him on a concern I had with my ducts. My assumption was right and Matt confirmed that there's a problem that needs to be dealt with, and it will be. My vents were dirty, they even showed them to me. They have their system down. I asked if I could see pictures of the vents, especially if they were dirty, or see photos of any concerns. Well, it's already something they already do! I didn't want to be an inconvenience asking for photos, nope!
Side note, send your family away if you're getting the ducts clean. We already planned for me to stick around and it was a good call. There will be a very finite dust that you may be sensitive to and the machine is loud. Not deafening loud, but maybe 3 times louder than a vacuum cleaner. We are all very sensitive to dust and allergens so, keep that in mind. Their machine has filters that keep dust from being blown back into your home and it works Very Well. But I could feel that very finite dust. That didn't last long. I'm writing this 36 hours after the work was done and that dust doesn't last long. We ended up opening the doors to replace the air and that did help a lot. No complaints, just being helpful to you for the future
We were shown everything from routine work to new concerns that were popping up. That's what I expect from a company. I don't expect for any company to go above and beyond for me. But this company did that multiple times for us. They earned my loyalty. The work? 10 out of 10, everything is 10 out of 10. If you got this far and haven't booked them, do it. More air is coming out of my ducts, the air is VERY clean. They even chean up the mess, yes there will be mess, especially if you haven't cleaned your ducts in 8 years like us. No sweat, it was like they were never here in terms of the mess left behind, there was very little and that's on us with our hutch, no biggie not much to clean up. I even vacuumed with an empty canister and to my shock, there was very little dirt. I expected more

Had Christian P come to my home on a very short notice due to having thermostat issues. He diagnose the issue and found the problem and explained to me why it failed. He is very knowledgeable in his field and respectful to me and house members. I will definitely use them again and refer Tiger Heating & Air to family and friends. I had an AC emergency. I had a clogged drainage pipe and Tiger responded immediately. I called and within an hour, their service technician, Christian showed up. He was friendly, professional and really assisted me with my AC repair and answered a lot of questions about my system. I would recommend Tiger to anyone who is looking for great service at a fair price. Give them a try!
