I want to thank Great Air for coming out very promptly when my A/C went out. The Installation was top notch, and the installer didn't hesitate to stop and explain exactly what was being done and why. very disappointed with Great Air. They charged me the diagnostic fee and then told me about $300 per one hour of labor (parts are under warranty), because they include also maintenance service. I don't need maintenance to a 1.5 years old AC.

By the way, Marcus Flores works at Great Air (he came to diagnose the AC) and he wrote a good review like he is a customer?!?

Got there on time... and did a great job getting our vacation home cooled off and comfortable. There is nothing worse than arriving from out of town to discover your AC is down. These guys got out to our place quick and got it fixed in a way that I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of.
