Their team is great. They have very fast service and do great work. My inside unit kept freezing and they got it working. It's been about x3 weeks and no issues. My house has be cool and comfortable. (I got the before pic below but no after. It was closed up and I don't want interrupt it's functioning)

I had my home warranty send someone to do a seasonal maintenance on my 4 month old a/c unit for spring. (The service was free with my warranty) They sent ART. They took a look at my indoor unit and performed nothing. Went outside and came back in a few moments later to tell my my air compressor was not working and that I needed to submit a work order for them to come back out and fix it. So instead I called the company who installed the unit in November to come see what was wrong. They came back in and said the air compressor switch was turned off and that's why it wasn't working. The type of fuse box I have, you have to open the box and remove the fuse and switch it upside down and put it back in to turn it off. So this company tried to scam me into thinking there was something wrong with my brand new ac system to get more money out of me and my home warranty company.

We had an issue with our AC going out and freezing up.
When they came out they were informative of what they were looking for and why. They did not try to up sell us on having to buy anything new and spent a lot of time really diagnosing and finding the leak to ensure the problem was corrected.
Appreciated their hard work in the heat and honesty.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would definitely give the zero stars. Very unprofessional and Frank Ellis pretty much made it clear that all he cares about is taking the customer's money. I reported him to the BBB and will continue to him and his company a bad rating. I am still waiting for a detailed work invoice. ART HVAC and American Home Shield are both incompetent and just care about ripping people off. I hope that eventually this company goes out of baseness.

My landlord contacted this business to come fix the heat in my home. They came on tuesday said they forgot there ladder they said they would be back today and no one has shown up

Thanks guys. They came out and was extremely helpful and reassuring. I kept hearing nose coming from my wall from AC lines. They reassured me this was normal. Will use them again.

This was my second time using them and the same nice guy came out and was very patient with me and always get you in next day. He takes the time to explain and show what he does and is gonna do the prices are great and I say all around great company. You will not be disappointed

Prompt and professional. The technician showed up early, communicated what needed to be done and had my HVAC system running very quickly.

Extremely prompt, professional service. Submitted our work order on Friday night close to 10 for AC not working, and had the call and service at 8 Saturday morning. All services were completed in a quick manner, but was explained as it was done allowing for an understanding of the issue. Was able to fix a problem that was supposedly fixed a year prior by another local company, but this time it was done right. Would highly recommend to anyone!
