Amazing service..prompt..good value! A/C was dead and 90 forecast for tomorrow. I called this morning & spoke to Gloria. They had a full schedule but she was able to squeeze us in with a tech out in our area. Lionel was here within 30 min! He rewired the thermostat through the wall and A/C is purring like a kitten, less than 2 hours from when I made that first call.

They offered us the best quote for spray foam insulation for our houses.
Not only did they save us some serious money, but they provided us with outstanding service! Very friendly staff and they show up when they say they’re going to and they clean up very well when they’re done! Would highly recommend them!

Excellent work! They installed a whole new system and ran duct work for me. After having elite air screwed me out of 600 dollars, and not fix any problems. I called up serna and they came in and did a perfect job, and was able to provide me with 0 pct interest for 5 years.

It's been a month and they have changed my appointment four times . The next day after this post they called and canceled me again and told me not to call them again .

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Our system stopped cooling one evening. The other companiesI I called were 3 days out. Serna gave me a next day appt. but actually showed up same day. System was up and running within 6 hrs of the time I called.I know they are extremely busy right now. Mr. Serna knew what he was doing, he didn't rush, and even took time to talk with us a while. And the service call fee was less! Will absolutely recommend to everyone!

We called as our AC was not cooling. They were booked and said it would be the next day before they could get to us, however,, they were able to work us in at the end of the day instead of the following day. In the meantime, a neighbor was able to get someone out earlier to help so we didn't actually use Serna but I can tell you that their customer service in working to help us was phenomenal. We will certainly use them in the future!!

First of all, I would like to say I had this company install an outside unit back in 2013. Great experience, so when my air quit blowing cold last night after 8pm, I called them and to my surprise a human answered the phone. A very friendly and professional lady answered and I gave her all the details. I had a back up floor unit so I didn’t need them right away. Shortly after 8 am this morning I received a call from them and a time was set up. Isai Serna and another worker showed up on time. It did not take him long to determine the problem. He let me know exactly what the problem was and fixed it in a very short amount of time. Isai even gave me a cleaning tip that could be useful. Great company. I would recommend to anyone.

We used Serna Services LLC to look at an HVAC system on a home that we are wanting to potentially purchase. Gloria is fabulous to work with and they were so fast to get out there and get us some answers. We look forward to working with them again in the very near future.

The installation crew did an excellent job on installation of new systom and removal of old system. They do not get in a hurry. There work in very neat and done right the first time.
