Thomas heating and air conditioning

Worked with Robert. Absolutely great. Solved a very tricky leak problem. Literally went back to school to visit a college professor to research it. Then it turned out to be something else entirely and less expensive to fix. Knowledgeable and passionate about AC!

My experience was horrible, Robert Thomas came out took $60 bucks said it was a unique situation and would cost $500+ after a second opinion from a real company it was just a $90 dollar circuit breaker....easy fix 20 minutes with the other company.

Not gonna pay twice for you to fix the same problem you were already paid for. Why doesnt your workmanship have a warranty its been less than 30 days and its broke again

Not worth the time to call them. No call backs no help whatsoever! Temperature in the upper 90’s and 100 each day yet no call when parts are in or when job will be started! This is poor service and very unprofessional!

Great work. Rob did an excellent job and was prompt and polite.

Gentleman is not knowledgeable about thermostat. Don't trust him.
