HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The staff were not only professional , knowledgeable, efficient and timely, but they were kind, considerate, friendly and fair. They explained everything they were doing and even drew me a diagram to help me understand the system and issues. They also gave me a folder with all the paperwork to keep in my files! There are other companies in town but I've used Morgan A/C twice now and I wouldn't use anyone else!

The Morgan Air Conditioning’s service technician named RJ, conducted an annual heat and AC maintenance service on my Trane unit today. RJ provided excellent service by explaining all the work he was doing, answered all my questions thoroughly, and went above and beyond by meeting my request of showing me in the attic the condition of my whole unit. Upon my questioning, RJ explained various options should I decide to add more air to one of my rooms, get air duct cleaning, and who to contact at his company should I decide on further service. Not once did RJ push a sale of service on me. Because of RJ’s professionalism and his willingness to demonstrate and explain all I asked about the maintenance and concerns on my unit, I will definitely call on this company again, and recommend this business to others.

I had service about five years ago and never had any problems since. I called Morgan heating and cooling and Adam was the technician who was already waiting for me when I got home. He thoroughly explained and answered all my questions. He checked my system for leaks. He was nice and polite . This is what I call service !! I want to thank Adam the service technician and Adam the owner for such great service! You definitely have my business as from five years ago.
