“I could not be more pleased with the quality of work and professional ethics of Bigchappy. Repair company! We recently had our cake display refrigerator go down. The office at Appliance Service said although they had no appointments available now , they would fit me in if they were able to find a gap in their schedule, anytime throughout the day. I appreciate they will do their best to fit us in. And they did. After 2 hrs ! They showed up! the technicians that came out had solve our problem, which he did in about an hour. They were super polite ! Even Showed me how to clean the fans in the refrigerator ! And they even called the warranty company to check if I still has warranty! Who does that anymore?!?! Would not hesitate for an instant to call this company in time of need!”
