We had MY TEAM install our new air conditioner and coils today. Very excellent service........I will definitely use them again. They went well beyond what one would expect. We had to deal with the home warranty company and they jumped right in to keep in touch with them and prod them along. The units were delivered to them on Thursday and Friday they were here to install and get our house back to the cool zone once again. They also respected my desire to keep adequate distance And wore face coverings. Thanx guys!!

A good all-around experience, would use them again. The only quibble is the four guys that came to do the install of my A/C unit in the attic. No personality, none of them. I tried to engage with them, chatting (not a lot, just initially when they showed up and occasionally when checking in - they were there for about eight hours) and they just didn't engage with me. I recommend they go on customer service training so that they know it's important to convey a positive and happy demeanor when in someone's house and the owner asks you a question. These things are expensive and so I think it's worth the time spent to make the customer feel like they are getting something worth while. Agreed: They're there to install an A/C unit and the important thing is that they do that properly and well (which I'm sure they did), I'm just saying, look more happy about doing it, and be more personable, can you?

The work itself was good and very fairly priced. My Team seems to be transparent with their costs and I greatly appreciate that.
However, I was informed by my tenant that while working on a plumbing issue, My Team used one of his brand new towels to clean up a toilet leak. I wouldn't expect this to be what normally happens, but I think this happening even on occasion is unreasonable. Even still, it was bad that I had to hear about it from my tenant instead of from the My Team member responsible.
Edit: My Team took ownership of the incident and my initial review was based off of my tenant’s perspective. Overall my experience with him personally was very good and I will be using them in the future

This is our second time using my Team Service. Both time we had an emergency first with my water heather next day pretty early they were here to replace it. Next time the outside valve water connection began leaking after the storm and next day they were here. We are pretty grateful that they are always for us very professionals and their quotes are very reasonable. Thanks so much !!!

The circuit thing in our HVAC outdoor fan had gotten stuck on, and I was worried about the wear of it being on all all weekend. Then the indoor unit started popping because of some freezing or leaking issues, so I called around to multiple places. It was early Sunday morning, and a few places said a technician would call me later, but as I kept calling around, no one contacted me. After calling MYTeam, it was less than a minute until I got a call from a technician. Then the guy finished up the job he was on and was at my place less than an hour later. He knew just the problem, had the part to fix it, and provided excellent service for a great price. Now we don't have to worry about our AC breaking when it is still hot outside. So easy! We are new homeowners, and I am a little out of my depth with a lot of this stuff, but now at least I know who to call if something breaks down.

Between dispatch and the tech on site my team was amazing, incredibly professional, timely, and fairly priced. Andrew who assisted us with a botched handyman job fix our issue after hours without hesitation. Really dig the text message updates to know when they're arriving and what the expected time window is, only an hour not like other businesses that give you a big window. Highly recommend going with them for any of their services, they'll definitely be my go to for future work.

We've used MY TEAM twice - once for repairs where they came out on short notice and fixed many burst pipes, and stayed until the job was done. The second time was to upgrade our plumbing from copper to PEX and, again, we felt they were very thorough. I highly recommend them!

Very professional and technically competent. Installed A/C and Zoning system for 2,200 sq. ft. home. Were very responsive, courteous and timely. They stand behind their work. Any follow up issues they will come and fix it. They are also very competitive in their pricing. Recommend them.

Ryan was courteous and professional. We had an odor from insulation that was burning on my heating strips and he did a great job cleaning the evaporator coil. He even did a great job cleaning up after the job. I recommend this company. Very professional and friendly.

I am extremely pleased with the service from My Team, particular their top plumber (Junior). They are very attentive and responsive and Junior was an absolute professional. Going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service before he left. I would highly recommend My Team to friends and family.
