Medley Heating & Air Conditioning

Our A/C stopped working on Friday evening, so a friend referred Medley. Shawn came out on Saturday and diagnosed issue. Blower motor went out, and under warranty, but could not contact manufacturer warranty until Monday morning. They shipped Monday, received Tuesday, installed Thursday morning. Cold air again 😁. They were awesome to work with and totally professional, AND reasonable too. Highly recommend Medley A/C and Heating! Keep up the honest great work and excellent customer service before, during, AND after the repair.

Remember when people said "Yes sir - No sir"? Remember when you could take people at their word? I feel like I stepped back in time while doing business with Medley Heating & Air Conditioning. We were tremendously impressed when meeting their representative. He answered all our questions and was upfront with all the options available to us. The crew that came out to install the new HVAC was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They followed through with everything they said they would do. Everyone is an actual employee of the company. There is no contracting out work.
From beginning to end they were respectful, had a competitive price and the install crew even cleaned up before they left.

We got multiple quotes but knew as soon as we made contact with Medley Heating & Air Conditioning they would be the company we would go with to replace our 33 year old HVAC. Thank you Medley H & AC for not only doing a great job but for being so wonderful to work with!!

Definitely recommend Medley for your heating and AC needs. Our AC unit was not cooling the house, and unfortunately we realized this on a Friday evening. After doing some initial checks on the air filter, condenser debris, and freon leakage we had to sleep in a very hot home. We called Medley the next morning and they were available within a few hours. They did their due diligence and checked both inside and outside the house and were able to quickly realize that the condenser capacitor was out, and had a new capacitor handy to replace it immediately. They even checked for freon leakage just in case since we had mentioned it as a previous issue. Great customer service and very informative - we are thankful for Medley being able to service us with such short notice.

Texas helped us resolve our heater issue quickly and was willing to think outside the box to make the scheduling work for the both of us. I cannot recommend the Medley team more! Quick and great service!

My A/C, which was only 4 years old, quit blowing cold air. I tried one service, and their guy looked at my unit (I think?) for 5 minutes, then came back and told me I had a "huge" leak, and that they would need to diagnose where the leak was coming from...at $70 per QUARTER hour (i.e., per each 15 minutes...or $280 per hour!!) to find out where it was. I asked about how long that could take and he estimated "1 or 2 hours". Then, on top of that, he expected they'd need to put "6 or 8" lbs of refrigerant into the system, at $99 per pound. The numbers started swirling in my head and I just didn't feel good about them, so I declined and looked for a company I had a better comfort level with..

After doing some online research, I liked what I saw/read about Medley, so I gave them a call. I liked the fact that when I had a question for the nice lady that answered the phone that she wasn't sure of, she got the owner (aptly named "Texas") on the line and he was very professional and courteous. Good Start! They scheduled me for the next day (fortunately, it was early May and not in the 90's yet, so that was fine).

They called me the next day, as they said they would, to let me know that Cody was on his way out. Cody is pleasant, professional and he knows his A/C systems! He spent 20-30 minutes looking at the outside and inside units and found out it was a capacitor that had gone bad, so no current was getting to the compressor. Quoted me what I felt was a fair price, had the part in his truck already, and the whole thing was done in less than an hour. And, at less than 1/2 the price of what the other guy had estimated to fix my "problem".

PLUS, it turned out that there was NO LEAK of refrigerant, according to Cody. And the fact that my home was an ice box 15 minutes after he replaced the part confirmed that. My gut feeling about those other guys had been right after all.

These folks (Medley) are my "go to" for Heating and A/C issues from now on. And they have a nice annual maintenance plan to make sure they catch the little things early that is very affordable. Plus, if anything does go wrong and needs repair, having this service with them will get you a discount on any work you need to have done. Worth looking into!
