Highly recommend Medley. We signed up for a family maintenance plan. Their team is highly professional, always shows up on time and does the right thing by the customers. This weekend in 100F weather, one of our AC units stopped working and Texas was at my house within 10 minutes of calling. This is an old unit and he could have easily told me that the unit needs to be replaced. However he figured out the problem was due to a wire short circuit because a rodent had chewed the wire. He fixed and it is still working normally. He also didn’t charge me for the service because their team had been at our house for a maintenance cal the day before.

Hard to find good professionals these days who perform their job to the highest level of integrity. Highly recommend this company.

I would LOVE to be the 1,000TH FIVE-STAR REVIEW but I just can't wait!! I have a dear friend who has been suffering in the Texas heat for several years now. She has had her AC company come out to her house so many times over the years and even had radiant barrier and new insulation installed but her house would never get below 82-85 degrees in the summer depending on the outside heat. She FINALLY gave in and called "my guy" that I have told her about so many times. Texas HIMSELF came out to her house...on a Sunday...after 6pm...and took great care of her. Her house is already so much cooler!!! Texas is definitely MY GUY and I will continue to recommend his five-star service from him and his excellent team! What means the most to me? He's so honest and he doesn't upsell just to make money. He doesn't take advantage of you. Thank you, Texas, for taking care of my friend...and for ALWAYS taking care of me all these years!!!

The company’s followed-up repair status communication via text and email was also absolutely outstanding and very much appreciated. Our ac went out last night and after being told by our usual repair service that they didn't know if or when they could repair the system called Medley. Cory came over a half hour later and fixed the ac. We will definitely use them from now on. Prompt, professional professional and cost-effective.

From my first call to Medley I was confident that my air conditioning issue was going to be handled in an efficient manner. The technician was not only knowledgeable about the issue but was very kind. When I was told that our blower motor would need to be replaced I showed the technician our warranty from Trane and he took a picture of the warranty and sent it to the office and the problem was resolved using the warranty. We also signed up for the family plan which is $255 annually and Medley comes twice a year to inspect your air conditioner and furnace to ensure things are in good working order. I hope you will use Medley for your AC and furnace needs because I believe you will be as pleased as I am.

I used Medley to come check my AC systems before the summer season and they were super friendly, informative and thorough! They answered all my questions and also helped me learn how to use the schedule features on the thermostats. I usually feel intimidated when professionals come out thinking I’m getting scammed to do work that doesn’t need done but I felt like they were honest and explained everything to where I understood exactly what was wrong and next steps! I will definitely be using them for any of my AC needs in the future and highly suggest others to as well!

Medley Heating and Air installed a new A/C unit in my home. They arrived on time and each tech introduced themselves. They were very professional yet so friendly. You could tell they enjoyed their job. The owner came by to check on his crew and even helped out; actually got his hands dirty too. Then when the installation was complete they cleaned everything up. I didn’t even need to go back and clean after they left. Then a week later, we received a thank you gift which included cookies. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.
