Very professional!! My dryer was not working and showing D95 error. Addison Neely was able to find the root cause by inserting a camera down the vent. It was clogged due to water in the vent as my daughter put soaking wet blankets for drying. He was able to remove the water and fix the problem in short time. Now it turns Interesting as Mr.Addison did not charge me a PENNY as he was able to fix it in 15 mins and as per him it’s small fix. But for me it saved my day!! Great going guys!! Totally recommend them.

I received over the top excellent service by this small company, unlike bigger well known companies who treat you like just another number then it is off to the next customer. They really provided the utmost professional courteous service and went the extra mile to give me the best deal possible on a new A/C unit. The two techs who installed the new A/C unit were friendly, very courteous and it was pleasure to work with them. They kept me informed on the install every step of the way. Steve was wonderful to work with when he came out on the service call and explained in great detail the problem with my old unit and my options. I highly recommend them if you are having any heating or air conditioning issues! This company really cares about the people they serve.

Hired Dandy for dryer vent cleaning. They did a free inspection and advised that things looked good and that a cleaning was not needed at the moment. They also installed an adapter at no cost to make the dryer vent attachment process easier in the future.
