I have use Dandy Services before and they were great. So, I signed up for Bi-yearly maintenance of my HVAC system. Maintenance tech came on time and did the job. However there are some misses I would like to point out —
1) I found that the filter on one of the furnaces was dirty and needed replacement. The technician told me that that all the filters were good
2) The technician never gave me a system report indicating all the things he checked and signed off
I sincerely hope that Dandy can get this right. I like the people and the service they provide. They can be even better if they can put in the appropriate controls on their services.

Dandy Home Services cleaned our dryer vent system. They did a very thorough job of cleaning and insured everything was working well. Will definitely use them again!!!

Very professional. Noah stayed until the job was completed. There were issues with the wiring to thermostat that needed to be replaced. The wiring was replaced - thermostat installed and we have heat. I would highly recommend this company. The dedication that I saw was impeccable.

Dandy home services is great! They came and cleaned the dryer duct and noticed the roof cap was cracked and a screen that should have been removed from the builder which was a hazard, was not. They repaired the issues and were willing to work with me on price too. They are patient, kind and thorough. I worked with Addison and Collin who are really nice and the roofer is Jeff. I would like to appreciate the professionalism and politeness displayed by both Collin (on the telephone) and Josh Swoyer (who did the maintenance work at our home).
Collin was absolutely clear about our need, explained the work they perform while on-site, estimated charges to be expected from the work, and scheduled time on our calendar on the same day as the phone call.
Josh was immaculate in his work. He took time to patiently answer some questions, used a probe to show us the gunk accumulated in the exhausts/vents etc, completed the job at hand, checked all the AC vents when I requested him to in case I needed those cleaned out as well, went out of his way and checked the other vents & exhausts in the attic too.

They charged exactly what was offered on the phone.
In summary, a top notch company!!
I would have no hesitation in calling them for my future HVAC & Dryer vent cleaning needs.
