When a client called with a major water leak from the recent freeze, I reached out at 10:30 on Christmas Eve and they showed up at 8:00 on Christmas day to do the repair and get the water turned back on for 15 families in this complex! They are the heros! Always professional and ready to tackle any project!

I had an old outlet outside that was a complete rat’s nest of several wires. Chris came in and figured out how to clean it up and put in a new outlet. He was professional, knowledgeable, communicated well and offered us choices. So glad I called Mend for my electrical problem.

Great service and very professional! Had a leaking pipe in the attic and the tech found it quickly, repaired it, showed me the problem on his tablet and showed me what the cause of the problem was, and discussed the needed repairs to me very effectively. I will definitely use their services and recommend them in the future!!

These guys were awesome! We had called 3 other HVAC companies to come in and look at why our bedroom was not cooling. We heard everything from we need air balancing, to an animal likely got up there and tore a duct, to it's just too hot right now to go look...Rob and Devin from Mend came out, went in all 3 attic spaces we have, and determined that issue was that a duct had failed to get hooked up when we had our units replaced 2 years ago by Precision...I'll be complaining to Precision. I went ahead and signed up for a maintenance plan with Mend. I wish there were more companies out there like this.

We have worked with Mend for several projects over the last 2-3 years. We have a very old house that has gone through several iterations of improvement over multiple decades. We started with Matt, but now work with Chris and Cord on our electric upgrades and they are excellent as well. Their pricing is very fair and they are happy to work with you and talk through your options. They give you a range of options, but I have not felt upsold. Once we had something not perfect and they come back the next day to fix it. It has always been our house's fault, not theirs. Great team.
