Tyler, our salesman, was very helpful and even helped us compare offers from other companies to make sure we ended up with the best option for us. Wow. Talk about the worst experience ever. Request a diagnostic service for $59, get billed $195. Speak with a handful of foreign "dispatchers" and the billing department who promised to reduce the bill to the original amount of $59. Paid that amount, then we're told we'll be going to collections for the remaining $125 plus tax. Four phone calls later, we finally are able to speak with "Manager Jacob" who has "listened to the recordings". His specialty is to define service fee, then direct you to billing.
If you enjoy being lied to, over charged, threatened with collections after paying, or speaking with foreign call centers, then this is the HVAC company of your dreams! If I could leave negative stars, I would. After going through this experience, they seem to be a remotely operated foreign third party company that uses local technicians to generate $59 service fees (or $79 "memberships"). Stay local and use any other HVAC company. Knight Heating and Cooling Service is a SCAM, avoid at all costs.
I had more than 10 quotes from heating and air companies and Knights Heating and Cooling Service was hands down the most informative about all the details. They are the best around!! I called Jacob at 330pm he came to my house immediately because he understood I had no air with an infant and toddler in the house. He showed up on time and took time to diagnose the problem and fixed it. This company is fast, efficient and budget friendly. They don't try to have you spend your money on items not needed like the big companies. I am so thankful and glad I came across them and plan to use them for all my heating and cooling needs.
My heater stopped operating. Knights Heating and Cooling Service got someone out to my house within an hour, on a Friday. He was able to identify the problem expeditiously. Once the required part was available, the specialist got it installed and the system up and operating. Will definitely be using them for all of my future HVAC needs!!
