Fair and prompt service. The technician let me know it was a small problem easily fixed rather than fawning a larger repair was necessary. Another time, they helped me diagnose a problem over the phone that I could fix myself. High points for honesty.

When your A/C goes out in the middle of the summer it is a serious problem, your house quickly becomes uninhabitable. Rohde answered the phone and showed up to diagnose the problem promptly. It was the fan motor that blows the cool air into the house. Not complicated, I have replaced that myself in the past. Usually a $400-500 repair, the motors generally cost under $200.

But they informed me that this was an expensive motor and they had to order it. The next day it arrived and they installed it, charged about $1000! I did some quick checking on the internet, could have bought that exact motor for $275 but Rohde bought it from Carrier for almost $700. So I fault them for costing me at least $400 more than it should have.

I am hard-pressed to imagine straying from their service for our managed properties in Central Texas. Truly outstanding!

I had my system replaced in early spring 2020. Very pleased with the service and installation. I had friends who used other installers and their system was not installed correctly. I haven't had any issues and I am very pleased with my choice.

Extremely helpful, explained what the problem was and how to prevent it from happening again.
