Climate Controllers

Lance P. was our tech. 07/29/2022. While I could detail all that he did, suffice it to say that this man was very courteous, professional, down to earth, and most important to me, has integrity. He wanted to learn why and then put the proper fixes in place to correct the issue. I don't write many reviews, but this man and this company compelled me to do so. I can't say enough good about Lance and the company he works with.

We've used Climate Controllers through our home warranty company 3 times now. We've always had good service, knowledgeable technicians and communication that helped us understand how the process worked and what to expect. My home warranty company sent out a different vendor this last time and it was so awful we specifically requested that they schedule Climate Controllers to complete our install. You don't realize how great your service is until you are faced with the ugly side of the complete opposite of great service Thank you! I can't wait to have you guys in my home again I'll have cold water and sweet tea waiting.

They were great. I own a old house with many years of patchwork AC. Joe came in and saw exactly what needed to be done. They reconfigured my whole attic. Although this was not the easiest option they were the only company to see how it needed to be installed. I went from a nightmare to service to super easy to access. I am planning on using them for another system in the future.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. They recently installed a brand new system at my doggie daycare and I couldn't be happier. They were very patient with us as we went over options and Joe was extremely creative with our design. My only regret is not finding this company sooner. Thanks for the great service.
