The technician, Stuart, arrived on time (actually 15 minutes early) and performed semi annual maintenance on the Lakehouse unit. While there I asked Stuart about installing a thermostat at my residence, which he accommodated for me as I had attempted to install it myself several times. He performed the install in less than 15 minutes. I also asked about a annual maintenance contract which I purchased just for peace of mind. I would recommend Temperature Pro for any HVAC repairs or installation.

I can’t speak more highly of the techs at TempPro. David went above and beyond. He noticed my Nest thermostat was not mounted tight and went and grabbed a wall anchor and remounted it, for fun and for free. It’s men like this, that with a simple gesture, go above and beyond to take care of their customers. This is what separates great companies from the rest. Thank you TempPro! I will recommend you to everyone I cross paths with.

We noticed that our A/C stopped working at around 5pm on a rainy Mondsy and called TemperaturePro to see if they could help. Tim was on his way home and turned around and had us cooling down within a half hour. This is the second time I've used them and don't see any reason to use anyone else. Quick response and great service.

Stuart B. Came out to service and check our 3 air conditioning units. He was thorough and professional and identified an Issue early on which saves me money and saves me from having a unit go out completely! Highly recommend!!!
