Quality Living has done an awesome job for me. I live in a 3 story condo so it is challenging to cool in the TX heat. They are professional, responsive and have come back several times to make it right. A pleasure to have in my home and taking safety precautions. Great job and thank you!

Called in the evening regarding the AC not working. Steve was very professional and extremely knowledgeable and helped me troubleshoot over the phone, and got me in the next day for a repair appointment. Was very pleased with their services.

Quality Living Services (QLS) installed a new Bryant 18 SEER Variable Speed HVAC System at my home in Austin, Texas in January, 2021. It is now July in Austin and the new Bryant system is just humming along very nicely. Both inside and outside units are very quiet. Since I switched to Cooling mode back in May, it has been doing more dehumidifying than cooling which works well in hot, humid Austin and is more energy-efficient while meeting the temperature requirement. I chose QLS and this Bryant system by requesting three bids, comparing the pricing and the products carefully, then selecting the choice that I considered provided best value - that is, best product and service for the money

Capacitor blew out causing the A/C to stop working. Jamauhl, the super friendly service tech, had it working and blowing cold in no time. Price was reasonable and about what I was expecting for a service call and part replacement . Would recommend.

QLS always does great work and their customer service is excellent. I have used them for over 25 years. The technician, Steve, was very thorough and very nice.

Barbara at QLS provides excellent coordination and assistance with a customer friendly approach. Also felt the quote on my new HVAC unit was competitive and QLS worked with me to get a rebate based on a COA energy audit. I recommend QLS for purchase or repair/maintenance.

I have several quotes for new duct work for our house. Sam came in with the best bid. We are also getting a rebate from the city of austin too. Jimmy and Eduardo were extremely professional and did a great job. The ducts are now up to code along with furnace. Sam was a pleasure to work with. Great job QLS!! I would highly recommend the guys.

QLS has been really helpful and persistent to solve a new AC condensation drainage problem. It has taken several service calls to identify and hopefully fix the problem, but they have been very professional and persistent to get it right. Really appreciate that!
