Quality Living Services (QLS) HVAC

We were looking for a good reliable company to get our office system repaired, so we found QLS. They were here the next day and their tech was super nice and took the time to explain the repair. He was very careful with our equipment and made sure to leave a neat work area. I will be using them again for our yearly maintenance services! I 100% recommend them!

My AC system had a leak this morning. I called QLS and they came out in about 2 hours. Their technician Chris did a thorough job of diagnosing and fixing the problem. The price was also great considering what other companies have charged me. They did great work and service. I would give them a 6th star if I could.

Chris was a great guy, but spent the whole time on the phone being coached by someone. Obviously he did not know about our system. No regard given for a 90 year old in 90+ degree weather
Chris and his service manager came back today and worked very hard to get our air-conditioning back up and running. I have to say of the response was very quick and very good. I would recommend them two others if I were asked

I am grateful that my close friend recommended QLS to service our HVAC system. We had an overinflated estimate from another local company, and were hoping to connect with a smaller more customer focused company whose expertise and service we could trust. My A/C went out on a Sunday. The company I normally use was backlogged by 3 weeks and suggested I call QLS. I called on Monday and spoke to the owner who was fantastic. Set me up with an appointment first thing Tuesday morning. I’m a paramedic and work night shift so he was very accommodating and thoughtful when scheduling. Jamauhl showed up exactly on time and was an absolute professional. He was courteous and thorough. Found 3 issues and fixed them. He had to come back the next morning to replace the thermostat. The front of the house was not cooling and he immediately went into attic and discovered the issue. Called another installation crew who was out in 30 minutes to finish the job. They were equally as professional. They fixed it and now my house is nice and cool again. My dogs certainly appreciate it. I can not say enough about this company and their employees. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

I got an appointment quickly, they showed up on time, they seemed very knowledgeable, and got my A/C working after 2 other companies couldn't.

I had QLS out to perform maintenance on my heating system. I do not know when the last time the system was serviced and I feared the worst. QLS let me know that my system was in excellent shape. They inspected and cleaned my furnace and will be following up with some recommendations on how I can continue to maintain and improve my system.

QLS did a great job with communicating/scheduling of our service call, and we received automated updates as our request made it through the system (scheduled, assigned, tech dispatched, tech traveling, etc.). Ian with QLS was extremely professional and polite, and was able to quickly diagnose and repair our issue. We were so impressed that we are looking to have Quality Living Services start to inspect/service our HVAC on a yearly plan. Thank you QLS for the excellent customer service experience! 👍🏽
