Efficient AC, Electric & Plumbing

Ross came out on short notice Christmas Day to fix a capacitor on our unit. He was here and fixed our unit within an hour and a half. Would highly recommend! Great job!

My repair person was knowledgeable and showed me everything he was doing and explained why. He quickly found the problem, fixed it promptly, and gave me information about how to maintain my system. Super satisfied. Part2. I did something to my system a couple years later and the guys were out promptly , figured out what I broke and got it running in 30 minutes. They also checked out the whole system just to make sure it was all ok.

Came out and replaced some ductwork and installed dampers near the end of the winter. When we started using the AC, noticed that it wasn't cooling as well as we thought, so had another guy come. Made some adjustments and didn't charge us. Still had a problem and had another guy come out and he figured out the issues (clogged ac drain was causing the unit outside to shut off). They were responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Good folks, especially James. James really took his time to figure things out and explained the issue. Happy to have found some people that seems to care about what they do and how they do it. High recommend.

I have used Efficient AC, Electric, and Plumbing twice and have had good experiences both times. On the first visit we had a issue that arose a few hours after the visit, but they dispatched a technician after hours to resolve the issue and the service manager worked with me on the billing side. Every person in the company has been polite and professional. I will definitely consider using them again.

Efficient Air Conditioning & Electric came out to our house today to do a 6 month check up on our hvac system. Making an appointment was easy & they scheduled us quickly. This company came out within three hours of me calling and saying my AC was broken. They worked within my needed time frame and were both on time and on task! The two men that came out were very friendly and worked very well as a team to fix the problem. They assessed what was broken and had the piece on hand, so my AC was working in about two hours and was fixed at a reasonable price. I would absolutely call this company again for any AC or other needs since I felt the business is very well run and the employees mentioned being paid well and being happy with their jobs. Highly recommended!
