The owner was very responsive and was able to get me taken care of the following day despite their schedule being already full. The price was very competitive and the work was done efficiently. In the midst of a pandemic no less, following strict social distancing guidelines and maintaining the most professional and generous consult, they helped to guide us to the best solution for replacing our HVAC. When we first contacted them, we thought we were being proactive and had some time before we needed to replace our aged and worn-out system. Well, a bit past two weeks since they gave us an estimate, our A/C system completely failed on one of the more hotter days in May. When we called to say we were ready to proceed, they saw the urgency, re-arranged their work schedule and replaced our system the next day. Yeah, the next day. On top of that, they gave us a discount for paying in full, but their financing terms are also very accommodating. Without reservation, we highly recommend this company for a quality product, impeccable customer service, and expert technicians. Huge thanks and gratitude~

I would definitely recommend Austin Green Air & Heating!! Their staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I had a whole new AC and Heating system installed by them and they informed me on my best options. It was in the middle of summer so their quick response made my life easier. A man named Casimir came to work on a custom job and he honestly is the most knowledgeable/ professional a.c. man I have ever had work on my a.c. units.
