ABC Austin Service Express has been providing heating and ac work for our family for over 18 years. We met Omar because our neighbor used his services and recommended him. He has maintained our system, helped on a build out, and showed us how to get maximum life out of our system. When it was time to replace the system he did it very economically. He does the work as promised. He also provided ac and heating services to my parents, which gave me and my siblings the peace of mind knowing our parents are in good hands. Highest recommendation!

Omar arrived within 45 min of my call to office. Tried to fix but unit kept locking up. Recommended replacing and suggested I get a second opinion to confirm. Decided to just do it. It was 14 years old and it’s way too hot to wait for another company to tell me the same thing. Was back within an hour with the new unit, had it installed in a little over four hours, provided comprehensive invoice, cleaned up all work areas and was overall a very personable and professional rep of the company. Even rehung some duct work that had kinked up to improve airflow to some of the bedrooms. Much appreciated!!!!

Omar was prompt and came out in the evening when our ac went out in the heat of summer. Got a new unit installed in less the 24 hours. Would recommend him to anyone

This Company and Omar are Great! I am a serious Do-it-yourselfer. I have experience and knowledge in may things including AC Systems. This Job was bigger than something I wanted to tackle. I had a lot of problems getting a solid up front estimate from all the other companies I called.
I was referred to Omar and ABC Austin Service Express by a friend and I was glad I called. Omar was straight forward and to the point. He did not play any pricing games or hanky-panky. He quoted a fair competitive price, showed up the next day and did a wonderful detailed job.
I recommend everyone give them a try.

Great experience with Omar and his crew. Recommended by our remodel contractor, Omar was very responsive and helpful. The fan in my HVAC would run continuous, even when the heater was off. The tech spent time troubleshooting the system to determine that the high-efficiency motor (with its electronics) was the culprit. Omar provided quotes for replacing just the motor or the complete air handler (I chose the latter). His techs came as scheduled and replaced the unit, and left everything as clean as it was -- final charge was exactly what was quoted, no surprises. Very happy with the work and communication.

Omar and his team did an awsome job. He saved me about $1000 on this job. They were here on time and really cleaned up after themselves . i highly recommend them. I would give them 10 stars if i could
ABC Austin Service Express saved the day

Omar and crew are fast, efficient, and have great deals in good equipment. We requested a replacement on a Wednesday and by 2 pm on a Thursday we were up and running with a new handler, condenser, new ducting in our higher volume rooms and a purifier to boot. This was all price matched and just over 5k for an American Standard 3 ton unit load. Service can't be much better than that.

I have used ABC for all my AC problems. They are always fast to come out and have knowledgeable techs who could always diagnose the issue almost immediately. I had a lot of problems this past summer with the outdoor unit and finally had to replace it. Not only were they able to replace it the same day, they beat all the other places I called on the price. I had to get my coils replaced today and once again they beat everyone else’s price. They did a fast and most importantly, clean removal and installation. I have in the past and will still recommend them to anyone who asks me. I have always dealt with either Raul or Omar and they are always on time, which seems to be the complaint with most HVAC places.. they say they will be there between 1pm-2pm and you don’t see them until 4.. ABC has always come out right on time every time. Definitely a 5 star company! As I said, I recommend them to everyone.

Omar and his team were fantastic - he is friendly and professional, as were his staff. And he obviously knows his stuff! Omar not only diagnosed the problem with my AC immediately, but he explained the problem and the fix in a way that I understood. He was candid about the pros and cons of my options, and I felt comfortable making an informed decision. In a Texas summer being without air conditioning is.. what’s the word.. hellish?! Frank was super helpful. They went the extra mile by cleaning the water heater system for me and replacing a worn valve on top of agreed upon services. They were super quick to boot, and reasonably priced when I compared them to others. Thanks again Frank for being patient with us, and helping us out!
