Not only did William do maintenance on our AB&B AC system, he and his partner were professional, experienced and kind enough to find and repair a broken pipe which had caused us to be without water for a week. Their pricing is more than fair and I will never use anyone else for my AC/Heating needs. I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed.

Good work but poor customer service. Did work for us 3 years ago and service tech/owner chastised my husband for us trying to bargain shop our AC repair. Regardless, I was happy with the work and thought it was a fair price so I called them again this afternoon when our conductor went out. We were on our way to San Antonio for an appointment that I couldn't reschedule but we told the guy we would do our best to be home by 8 but that it might be a few minutes after. At first he was like I will be there at 8 then he said to call him when we got home. At 8 I called the main number and was told that "we didn't commit" and that they were now booked tonight and tomorrow. I told the lady that answered the phone that we talked to the owner and he said to call when we got home. She reiterated that we didn't confirm so she booked all of her techs. My husband then tried called to express his frustration at what happened since he was the one who had actually talked to the owner. He was hung up on the first time he called and was treated very rudely and constantly interrupted by the lady on his subsequent call. She tried to tell him that they didn't want to come out because we had already said that we had someone out there to do the diagnostic and they felt we were shopping. This was not the case at all. We had a friend who is well educated on all types of electric devices help us over the phone to narrow down what the issue was so that we could ascertain whether it was something we could fix or not. This was explained to the owner but he obviously did not pay attention to what he was being told. So long story short, I would NEVER call this company again and I would not recommend them because of how we were treated by them. The poor customer service is inexcusable.
Received a letter from the owner about a month after this was published advising me that I was demonstrating how difficult I was being and and I would find it difficult in the future to obtain service from any company. He essentially called us liers by stating we weren't hung upon and some other points which were off base. It was in very poor taste.

I do not take reviews lightly and this is going to be long to give all the details. There are good and bad parts to this scenario. My A/C went out late, Friday night and I google searched for all companies that service 24/7, bc I need someone quickly. I have two 7 month old infants and waiting until morning wasn't an option for me. I ended up leaving 5 messages and not one called me back until they opened on Saturday. AB & B called first thing, 7:02. They told me they weren't 24/7 and I was wrong about that, i mentioned it says so MULTIPLE times on their site. He gave me a quote and asked for my word that I will use him, yes. He was at our house around 9:30 or 10 and looked at the AC, he needed a part from a closed warehouse; he went and picked it up for an additional fee (which he split with me, he paid $50 and i paid $100). He came back and installed the new motor and fan. My bill was $575. I thanked him, he was kind, they were quick, and they came out on a Saturday morning (although, I will still say I only called them because they said they were 24/7). He told me they looked at the site and couldn't find it so they weren't sure where I got that information. I had to literally pull up on my phone their site and show them where it says "Our happy customers in Pfville, TX rave about our 24/7 service. We'll provide service and repair at any time of the day or night." <-- okay? I felt like they kept telling me I was lying. Throughout all of Saturday I kept getting call backs and quotes from the others companies. I also found out a few people had the same thing happen to them, in our neighborhood, and got their quotes. I received quotes for as low as $200 and as high as $375 (for the same thing). Yes, AB & B came out first, but eventually someone would have. I called today, Tuesday, to get an explanation as to why it was so high. He went OFF on me and said I was rude to complain now, when I am nice and cool when I was happy and well taken care of on Saturday when NO ONE else would come out (yet!). I said i only wanted an explanation, that I wasn’t arguing or asking for a refund. He mentioned if I had told him how unhappy I was he wouldn't have charged me the fee to come out (okay - that seems like overcharging to me). He then ended the conversation with, "i am sorry we were there to help you on Saturday and that we won't be there for you in the future." I had no intention of complaining and would have put more stars, but after this morning's conversation it put a very bad taste in my mouth - that is not the customer service I want, especially if I have to pay that much for it. I appreciate their help and if someone is in a pinch, I will preface they are a bit more, but they will come out and I would recommend them. However, by what he told me, I am not welcome to call him anymore.
I appreciate the service provided, I don't appreciate being taken advantage of. I didn't realize I was at the time, until I received quotes throughout the day.
