The service went smoothly. They came in and replaced the disposal on the same day, and it does include a warranty.
I did find the service to be quite pricey. The disposal and materials themselves were less than half of the price I paid (according to google, they don’t break out estimates), so labor was the most expensive part of it. Didn’t haggle, cause I didn’t want to be comparing prices, and I could see this would be done properly. But I do think this might be a company on the higher spectrum of pricing.

Quick to reply and send technician. Cost me $99 trip fee to get an extremely overpriced quote. I had an incoming water line leak in PVC joint that attaches to incoming copper line to supply house. I had already uncovered and located the leak. Should have taken less than 30 minutes for repair of a $3 PVC fitting...they wanted $675!

This is my second service they did. the first one, they bungled. Though, they made it right in the end. the fact they admitted fault and didn’t charge me for their mistake speaks volumes on their integrity. The current job they did was perfect. I highly recommend this crew!

We had our AC go out and they were out to help the same day. Ryan, our service repairman, was very professional, helpful, and all around great. They were able to fix the AC in a timely manner and appreciate their service.

The team has been very professional and respectful in all my interactions with them on the phone and in person. I feel that they have been honest with the fixes that my HVAC system has needed.

Excellent service provided by Darius McKinnis! Was very professional. Was very honest and upfront with costs. Worked diligently and efficiently. Replaced an ice water maker outlet box and saved the drywall pieces cut out so I could easily patch it up on my own afterwards. He even helped troubleshoot my kitchen faucet after the water main was turned back on without an extra charge. Due to his excellent service, I will be asking for him in the future for any plumbing needs!
