Spectrum Heat and Air

I have used a few different HVAC companies throughout the years, but I have used Spectrum exclusively for approximately the past 3 years. Last weekend I was having a problem with my AC and discovered it around 9:00pm on Sunday night. I sent Brad (owner) a text to see if he could help me out. He responded immediately. Upon calling him he walked me through the issue, which I was able to fix myself. I believe this is very rare and is a testament to his character. Brad and his crew have always been honest and always provide excellent service. I would highly recommend using Spectrum Heat & Air!!

Spectrum has been great to work with, called in on Wednesday and the next day at 8am they were onsite. I had the HVAC system checked to make sure everything was working correctly. Very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the inspection.

This is the most thorough and professional group I have had the privilege to have encountered. They are not out to sell you excess parts or services. They do what they say. They have integrity, which seems to be hard to find these days. As a contractor myself, I would recommend this group to everyone. Thank you for going above and beyond for my family! The last thing I have to say is that when employees discuss their passion for their job it says a lot about the company. This team was so happy to be a part of the team and they both showed and stated their appreciation for the company. That says volumes about the company, in my eyes.

Chase has been out and serviced our AC units several times. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. We have used Spectrum for years. I would highly recommend them.

Very trustworthy, honest, and hard workers. They spent a lot of time at my house making sure that the air conditioner was not going to go out again after they had repaired it. I strongly recommend them.

Our air conditioning system went out last week. Called Spectrum and spoke to Kenny Williams (very professional), he had someone out that afternoon. The next morning there was a crew at our house at 8, by 10 the family was enjoying a new and very resonable HVAC system. These guys are very punctual, courteous, and professional.
