This Granger was awesome the lady helping me I did not get her name I wish I did but she went out of her way to search for a tool that I needed.

So I needed a plug for a welder. Grainger is right down the street from where I live so I went there. $55.00 latter I had what I needed. I went to Home Depot and found the EXACT PART for $15.00. I understand they need to make a few bucks but almost 200% mark up! Only go here if you can’t find it anywhere else.

Prompt and courteous service but awful pricing on the products. Non transparent warranty & return polices along with so-so product quality.

Employees of grainger normally friendly and helpful but this location Sure seems as if all employees at this store are fighting over who can do less.

Counter help nearly sent me away empty handed, even though my order WAS there!

Only two people at a time in the store .the door is opened by hand and closed you have to stand by the door and tell them what you need so they can go look it up
