Freaking SLACKER! We needed a quote on replacing inside unit of a new house. He didn’t show when he was supposed to. Then showed the next day late in the day and didn’t give us a quote but asked for the money for the service call. Said he would get us the quote that evening and didn’t. Said he would get it the next morning and didn’t. After four days of calls, texts, and emails back and forth he got us a “quote” that was insane and he even admitted it was wrong!! Don’t use this place, he might know air conditioning but he doesn’t know how to run a business. I would rather be told “I’m too busy” and I would have respected that. Unreliable, and inattentive. Do not use

I am so blessed to have Fuentes to call when I need help with my central air and heating unit. My AC wasn't working for less than 12 hours! That's good service. I will continue to use Fuentes for all my heating and air conditioning repair and replacement needs. They are responsible when entering your home, wore a mask to keep any health concerns I would have. Really appreciate these guys and gals running this business. I cannot complain about anything. If you are in our area by way of living here or vacationing here. If you need their type of service you woulwill take care of youd be at a disadvantage using anyone else. They will do their job to make sure your taken care of and follow up with you to make sure you are taken care of. Thank you for your help in my time of need AGAIN guy's.

Came home around 7pm on a Saturday night and noticed my a/c unit wasn’t working properly. Called Fuentes hvac and he came right away to check out my unit. He got it back and running in less than 30min. Very thankful, couldn’t be more pleased!! Don’t know many other guys in this area that would’ve came at that hour….and especially on a weekend.

horrible air conditioning people they do work saying it has warranty but when u call for waranty work they stop answering calls really shady guys and really bad workmanship
