We had a new unit installed in 2016, had no problems at this time, would have gave a 5 star just on this, the work was done in a timely manner and seemed to be very professional and caring. However in June 2020 we started having issues with the unit not cooling. Oscar came out and said it needed to be replaced ( thank God it was under warranty) however he never came and replaced it. He did however add some freon to hold us over till he received the new unit (that never came in). We kept in touch and we kept getting different replies. The first reply was the new compressor was in and he would come out the next day to install it (never showed up), texted him again and we were told that he was low on funds and and finally got enough to purchase the unit and would be there next Monday to install (once again no show) , texted him again and this time he said he just did not have the money to purchase the new condenser and as soon as he gets it together he will honor his agreement. We never heard another word, we have not stopped trying to get him out to our house. We started texting him the first of March hoping he could have the new unit installed before the heat settles in. He said he was so sorry he must have lost all our previous texts (that we still have for proof) and that he would come and honor the agreement. Once again he said he would be there and I stayed home waiting all day for 3 days and he never showed up. Will be talking to the Better Business Bureau because now the unit is no longer under warranty and we finally had to call another company to come out and fix it. All they could do was add more freon and will be back to find out where the leak is. $600.00 later, when this should have been fixed 2 summers ago. Very disappointed in this business. Oh and the repairman that came out told us that the unit that was installed in 2016 was used 2014 model. So now I find out that we over paid him back 2016 when we were told it was a new unit.
