I had problems with upstairs heading and downstairs AC. AC was a quick fix but the upstairs heat he went though a thorough diagnosis that the previous company had quoted $1200 on. His cost to fix the heater? $0. Just got to get the roofer back over to fix the exhaust pipe top. Nice to have a knowledgeable repair guy

This company is wonderful to work with! We have been using them for the last 5 years and the previous owners used them prior. They are very helpful and honest. The owner does not try to up sell or tell you things you don’t need. I even had them out and the issue wasn’t resolved. They put Part of the money I paid for the first visit towards what I had to pay the second visit when the issue didn’t get fixed. He is honest in his assessment and let’s you choose what you want to do for your home. I recommend getting your units serviced and maintenance as it will save you money in the long run to not have to change all vents/ducts at one time. They also wear masks and booties and clean up any areas that insulation may have traveled. 😊

Technician was very prompt in arriving. He assessed the situation and corrected the problem and put the thermostat back into the wall. He instructed me on how to properly access battery section. He did a great job and was very efficient. He welcome to.come in the Spring and tune up my A/C.

The motor had burnt out on the furnace. Brandon came on a Saturday afternoon within an hour of my call when I explained why I needed it urgently. I’m very grateful for his pleasant personality and efficiently figuring out what the problem is fixing it.
