Awoke to the a/c blowing hot air this morning with the temps being in the upper 90s this time of year. I was referred to JARIC by a neighbor and have had a great first experience. The woman who handles the scheduling was prompt and friendly. I was delighted to be offered service the same day. The tech, Jim, was courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the issue, replaced the part and cleaned the unit and explained what he had done. The service charge and repair fees were reasonable. Will definitely call again should the need arise.

Jaric is by FAR the most responsive, prompt, and professional HVAC company we have worked with as homeowners over 26 years. Jordan our technician notified us via email and text prior to his arrival. He was right on time and very professional in explaining exactly what he was doing and what he found. I highly recommend Jaric to anyone looking for a company they can trust.

Jim and Brandon treated me and my family with the best response time and customer service. Did not try to up sale or pressure sale me on anything. Jim walked me through everything and at the end ensured I understood everything with my new set up. I am a Jaric customer forever now. JARIC AC was great! They were professional and high quality. They fixed my AC installation that was not done right, and made sure each aspect of the system was done the CORRECT way, not the fastest or “it will work” way.

I signed up for JARIC's annual maintenance program through which they will do an A/C tuneup in the spring and a heating tuneup in the fall. Members of this program do not have to pay a service call fee for repairs and get a discount on parts. Brandon came out and found and fixed some leaks in our unit, changed out our filter, and checked and cleaned the condenser. Afterwards we received a very detailed report about the condition of all our equipment. He was not pushy and I wasn't charged anything beyond what I was quoted for the maintenance program. I highly recommend.

Excellent customer service, quality work and clean up. This will be our company for all future services, I am a customer for life. They replaced our AC/furnace and all new ducts in the attic. Very knowledgeable of AC units and the ducts air flow. We had 3 quotes and Jaric came out on top. Jimmy did not try to over sell us a higher priced unit I was looking at installing. We choose the unit he suggested and could not be happier. This was a big job and Jimmy was here most of the day to make sure things went well. They showed up on time and all work was completed ahead of schedule.
