Kati was our initial contact, she was great, very informative and friendly. Overall experience was exceptional. Nobody wants to deal with AC issues... especially in Texas... in the summer... but if you must, I highly recommend J.R.V.

This was a very good experience for us, replacement of a full HVAC unit is a big expense and decision. We made a great choice using J.V.R they were very professional in the upfront estimate and gave many options for us to go with. They were able to schedule us in as we were without working A/C in a timely manner. They were on time and very mindful and cautious of our house and cleaning up after them self's. The quality of workmen ship and trim out was fantastic. They explained how everything works and how to maintain the equipment for longevity for years. We have found a HVAC company for life and wish we would have found sooner.

Professional and excellent customer service JRV technician arrived on time and did what I can describe as the best customer service, the technician take time to explain all our options and suggestions the best part is they don’t push us or pressure to buy I like that.

Raul and his team are EXCELLENT! I know when I need something fixed for one of our restaurants they are exceptionally fast and have very good knowledgeable technicians! Nothing like needing a job done knowing you won't need to keep calling for the same job, they get it done fast and right the first time! Their office staff are amazing too!
